Orders & Payments

All orders are made via our Shopify store.
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments.

Production & Shipping

All products are made-to-order. Standard dispatch times are 10–20 working days (UK/EU) and 15–30 working days (international).
International customers are responsible for import duties and taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

Made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Exchanges are possible only for damaged or incorrect items.
To request a return/exchange, email info@ghinicomo.com with your order number and photos.

Limitation of Liability

Ghini is not liable for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered to the carrier.
